The Club raised RM7,600 at one meeting to pay for the land which was sold at a token sum RM7,000 by TTDI Development Sdn Bhd. Besides this, the Club has also pledged donation in kind valued at RM63,000 through the following members, making the Club the biggest donor to the HQ building:-
